1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 116bgd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and features available at 116bgd.net. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using the platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

2 Account Registration

To access the full range of 116bgd services — including depositing funds, placing wagers, and claiming bonuses — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals aged 18 years or older. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on the platform; duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3 Age Restriction

116bgd strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of eighteen (18) years for all players. Gambling is an adult activity and 116bgd is firmly committed to preventing access by minors. This commitment is not merely a compliance formality — it reflects 116bgd's genuine responsibility to the communities in Bangladesh it serves.

During the registration process, all players are required to confirm that they are 18 years of age or older. • Currency conversion is not offered. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT.

6 User Obligations

By using the 116bgd platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, as well as the rules and policies set out in these Terms. You accept personal responsibility for your use of the platform and for any consequences arising from your actions while using 116bgd services. The following obligations apply to all registered users without exception.

• You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.

• You must not use a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions, registration eligibility rules, or bonus eligibility requirements.

• You must not open or operate a 116bgd account on behalf of a third party or allow any third party to use your account.

Violation of any of the above obligations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of all balances (real and bonus), and potential reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

116bgd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, for any reason it deems sufficient. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where 116bgd suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage gambling, or misuse of bonuses. In the majority of cases, 116bgd will endeavour to notify the affected player by email; however, notification is not guaranteed in cases where doing so would compromise a fraud or compliance investigation.

Players also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any real money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure is returned to the player via their most recently used and KYC-verified payment method, provided there are no outstanding compliance holds on the account.

• Accounts suspended for suspected fraud or Terms violation will undergo a compliance review before any balance is released.
• Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances, whether the closure is voluntary or initiated by 116bgd.
• Players who have self-excluded may not open a new account during the active exclusion period. 116bgd employs identity checks to enforce this restriction.

• 116bgd does not accept liability for any losses incurred between a self-exclusion request being submitted and the account being formally suspended, provided the request was processed within the standard 24-hour window.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 116bgd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of winnings resulting from technical faults, or any other financial or non-financial loss.

116bgd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party provider disruptions, or events beyond 116bgd's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform services. 116bgd will endeavour to minimise disruption and to communicate planned maintenance windows in advance where possible.

In the event of a technical malfunction that results in an erroneous display of odds, game outcomes, or account balances, 116bgd reserves the right to void any transactions affected by the error and to correct the account balance accordingly. Players who knowingly exploit technical errors are in breach of these Terms and subject to immediate account action.

• 116bgd's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the preceding thirty (30) days.
• 116bgd is not liable for any delays, errors, or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard.
• 116bgd is not responsible for any taxes, levies, or charges that may be applicable to winnings in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to comply with any tax obligations arising from your use of the platform.
